Life Teen

Lifeteen is a Eucharist-centred catechetical programme that aims to lead teenagers and their families into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.

With the Blessed Virgin Mary as our intercessor and guide, Life Teen seeks to unleash the fullness of the Sacramental power present within the Church. At OLHC, the Lifeteen programme is used for catechetical instruction for those in faith level 8 to 10 (high school teens) as they prepare for confirmation during faith level 11.

The Lifeteen Curriculum Guides contain teachings, small group questions, powerful prayer experiences, ideas for icebreakers and environments, and everything else needed to create life-changing catechetical experiences for our teens.

We meet from 9am to 10.15am in the parish hall each Sunday during the school term.
